About
Two Guys In Terry Cloth Out To Save The World
Ever since we stepped into our rompers, we have pledged to use this podcast for good instead of evil. With the help of our friends, we aim to shed light on some of the forgotten moments of pop culture history. As Kevin once said, “You’re never going to hear about this stuff on Wikipedia.”
Meet Your Hosts
Growing up, Leo Antonelli believed he was the love child of Elvis and Ann-Margret. But when he entered puberty and hair sprouted everywhere, he began to see this as a genetic impossibility. Since he couldn’t be the issue of a union between Ernest Borgnine and Ed Asner, Leo’s origins became clouded in mystery. We do know that everything changed for Leo after he saw Staying Alive, and he would only dress in loincloths after that. This continued until he met Kevin Meschino, who put him in a romper and taught him to get as close as he could to a mic without getting pregnant.
It’s all in a day’s work for cheerful Kevin Meschino, who has waived his rights as elder statesman but still insists on walk-in privileges at Studio8. When he’s not curating his many collections or ironing shirts, this eternally young dream warrior lists his hobbies as “meeting deadlines” and “pain mitigation.” As a staunch fan, he leads the charge to crown Britney Spears the “Queen of the Blues,” thanks to her participation in the movie Crossroads. Kevin is also part of a growing underground movement to bring the ascot back into style and is reportedly taking part in a top-secret project that may involve green velvet.
